My 12 week one-on-one coaching program is designed to help you:

● Create habit changes that allow you to enjoy food and fitness
● Create mindset changes that sustain those habits
● Not have to sacrifice your life’s priorities in order to have a fit physique
● Create the mindset of being kinder to yourself and the changes your body is going through
● Have an ally that understands and knows what women’s bodies go through

  • 12 weeks one-on-one coaching with a workout and/or nutrition plan customized to you and your goal.
  • Access to exclusive training application, so you can take your customized plan wherever you go. 
  • Weekly check-ins to assess progress, gauge success, and make sure this plan is perfect for you, your life, and your life’s demands.
  • Monthly small group coaching video calls.
  • A breakdown of My Fitness Pal, grocery lists, and other helpful resources.
  • Daily access to me via email and text – you won’t be on this path alone!

  • What’s my first step?
    You can apply for a spot on my coaching team HERE.
    After you apply, you can choose a time to talk with me or a member of my team for us to determine if you are the right fit for my program!

  • Do I need a gym membership to become a client?
    No! I can create a workout plan custom to you, whether you workout at the gym or at home, even with no equipment!
  • Will you write me a meal plan?
    I do not write or offer meal plans. I provide my clients with a macronutrient and/or calorie goal, along with a grocery list and food suggestions. You choose what you eat to get your results!
